All group members will receive a notification if an observable in the group changes.
Users also receive an email notification when they are invited to join a group.
Observable information sent in email notifications
- Changes to email reputation
- Changes to web reputation
- Threat categories added or removed from an observable
- An observable is added to, or removed from, a blocklist
- Weekly reports for each individual Monitor Group, containing intelligence about all observables in the group.
Note: Users who are Administrators of any group (see Monitor Group Management) can opt to change the group setting so that only potentially negative changes (e.g. a drop in reputation) are sent in email notifications.
To do this, visit Manage Service and scroll down to “Limit Emails From Group” to turn on the toggle.
